The programme for the next Zen zang Marathon is looking promissing. Thanks for all your inspiration during this whole season. Dank ook voor al je inspratie gedurende dit hele seizoen. Slowly the breathing training and za-zen causes a physical reaction as a result of which I am able to move more strait through life.
Three weeks ago, I realized that for the first time I looked straight through my 'men' (head protection) during Kendo (Japanese fencing sport). The bars in front of my face always had seem somehow crooked, making it very hard to center-focus during a fight.
Our work, with the special attention we gave, in recent months, to balancing left and right, top and bottom, is given me much more of a basis. Trusted enough by my closet torso to inspire it to open up which automatically replaced my shoulders more backwards to their natural position.
This total intuitive character of your lessons, every time makes a perfect connection with my position of that moment. You are, and I most say I find that really miraculous, almost never wrong and start working on exactly what's needed. Next to that I'm very happy with all the fun we make and the friendship which has grown out of it.
I wish you enrichment in your Zen study during your trip to Japan and of course a lot of -always necessary- fun as well!!
