Dear friends,
The Zen-Buddhist work continues slowly but steady in our small but sociable Zendo in the Saltetstraat in Amsterdam and in the other beautiful places were we're having our activities in Holland. New inspirations continue to come.
Zen meditation and Zen-Zang are clearly showing their nourishing and healing impact.
You are your own therapist, your own teacher, you yourself know what is best for you.
Below you'll find up-to-date information about the activities which have been planned, so far, for this year.

Zen-Zang-Seminar Sesshin 2011
Zen-master Sekko Tanaka from Izuhara in Japan will be present on both Sesshins (for starters and experienced Zen-Zang followers).
Location: This year the Sesshin will be in Centre 'Heel en Al' with simple accomodation surrounded by dunes and close to the sea at Duinweg 14 - 1871 AC Schoorl, a nice little town near the coast of Noord-Holland.
Seminar Sesshin for starters
